If you special ordered a size t-shirt - they are in. We notified everyone who ordered one via e-mail...hopefully we got the message. You can pick up the shirt at the Scottish Hills Rec Club front sign-in desk. The shirt(s) should be in a ziploc bag with your name.

Great Morning ... Rainy Afternoon

Thanks to everyone who made the morning a great success and great time. We are scheduled for Part 2 in the morning. 7 oclock practice start followed by a 8:00 start. We'll be running a scaled down concessions with breakfast food and drinks and if all goes well maybe some hotdogs in the later morning. The weather looks good for the morning hours. Please remember that if your club was providing volunteers for the rained out afternoon session we need them to run the morning session. Thanks again!

REGISTRATION DUE THIS WEEK!

Reminder! Team Registrations are due this week on Wednesday June 30th - we need to get the Heat Sheets to the printer so please be timely!

A reminder email with registration info will be sent again today.

TEAM REGISTRATION DUE IN 1 WEEK!

Individual members of teams should give their registration to the Team coordinator today- Team registrations are due next Wednesday, June 30th! Please don't be late!

REMINDERS

1. Team Registration is due WEDNESDAY, JUNE 30th to SHRC (swimmers should have their individual registration into their Team Lead by Tuesday, June 23rd) - we need time to generate heat sheets and make any corrections that may be needed!!
2. We NEED volunteers from each team to assist us in making this meet run smoothly - please remember each team is expected to provide Timers and ANY QUALIFIED STROKE AND TURN JUDGES ARE GREATLY NEEDED!
3. If your team did Time Trials - please Export us a sample of your data so we can test Importing your info and generating test heat sheets - we want to make sure everything is working with the software for a large # of swimmers and heats :)
4. Swimmer Support and Business Ad's are available for purchase up until June 25th - please see the blog site for more information about size and costs.
